Homemade pizza night, any night of the week
The 2 Hour Dough Mix pairs professional flours and flavor-building ingredients with a step-by-step method. It's built to look, taste, and feel like dough you normally wait days for, and it’s ready to bake in about 2 hours.
The problem with pizza dough
Great pizza dough usually takes days. You can make dough in a few hours, but it usually lacks the flavor and texture of the real thing. And until now, there wasn’t an easy way to make multiple styles of pizza from a mix.
The 2 Hour Dough Mix solves all three. It’s ready to bake in about 2 hours, with real flavor and texture, in the style you choose.
That means pizza night stops needing a plan. It can be a family night, a date night, a game night, or a Tuesday with nothing going on.
Why 2 hours?
Why not 1 hour? Or 5? After 2 years and over 2,000 hours of testing, 2 hours is the sweet spot. Any less and the texture and flavor suffer. Any more and it stops being convenient.
Two hours is the shortest time that makes really good pizza.
How it works
The mix is half the system. The 2 Hour Dough Guide is the other half. It’s free, and it comes with every order.
The Guide walks you through each style, from mixing to baking. For each one, it tells you what to add to the mix, how to mix and proof the dough, and how to bake it. That’s how one mix makes different styles of pizza, each ready to bake in about 2 hours.
Three styles now. More coming.
Bar Pie

New York
Thin enough to fold, with a slight chew and an airy rim that’s crisp and lightly blistered. It’s baked directly on a steel or stone.
Makes two pizzas (14-inch).
Detroit
Soft inside, with a crisp golden bottom and caramelized cheese edges. It’s baked in a pan for a rich, pillowy crust.
Makes two pizzas (8x10 pan).

Closer than you’d expect. Days of resting build flavor that a 2-hour dough can’t fully match, but the blend and the method are built to develop real flavor and texture in a fraction of the time. Until now, a mix couldn’t make great pizza in about 2 hours, in more than one style.
A home oven. A pizza steel or stone is highly recommended for the best crust. Beyond that, it’s mostly basic kitchen items you already have, plus your own sauce, cheese, and toppings. Depending on what you're making, the Guide also calls for things like sugar, oil or shortening, and specific pizza pans.
