DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All purchases of digital files and guides are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

PHYSICAL BOOKS
Books are inspected before shipping. If you believe there is an issue with your book, contact us within 30 days of purchase at pie@thenotoriouspie.com. We will always do our best to make it right. If we accept a return, Items must be in like-new condition, and a restocking fee of up to $10 per book may apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

PANS
LloydPans will provide a near lifetime of pizza making when cared for properly. They are not returnable or exchangeable for cosmetic issues due to the unique manufacturing process. If you believe there is another issue with your pan, contact us within 30 days of purchase at pie@thenotoriouspie.com. We will always do our best to make it right.
